Rigorous life term for sodomising boy

A Delhi court has sentenced a 47-year-old man to rigorous life imprisonment for kidnapping and sodomising a 12-year-old boy , saying the accused deserved to be permanently ousted from society. Saying the boy, in pain, was thrashed , the judge refused any leniency.
