In a recent interview, Toronto Maple Leafs coach, Coach Berube, shared advice for Mitch Marner. This comes after Marner failed to make a shot on goal for the last two games of the series. Ever since Game 1 began, he has made five shots on the goal, with only one making the net. While Auston Matthews hasn't scored a single goal in the past four games, the coach went easier on him as he might be going through an injury.

There has been tough competition between the Panthers and the Maple Leafs , with the score tied at 2-2. While the Leafs seemed unstoppable at the beginning of the Playoffs , fans have started to debate whether they will score a victory against the Panthers. With the current captain, Auston Matthews and assistant captain Mitchell Marner not scoring enough goals, the match between the two teams is getting tense.
Commenting on the same, Craig Berube said, "Sometimes your top guys, they're looking to get too good of a chance sometimes instead of just putting the puck on net. I think there's times where we could put more pucks on net at angles, bad angles, just firing it in there with people going to the net. You never know, it goes off somebody, rebounds or anything like that."
Speaking in particular about Mitchell's performance for the Toronto Maple Leafs, he said, "I think Mitch could just be a little bit more direct in that area. He has the puck a lot, we know that, and he's got to look to put more pucks to the net. I get what he's trying to do, he wants to upgrade his chance, upgrade the chance. He's a passer first, we know that, but we need him to shoot pucks too. So yeah, I agree with you on that. Two games without a shot, he's got to shoot the puck."

At the same time, with great players such as William Nylander , Morgan Rielly, John Tavares and Matthew Knies, the future doesn't look uncertain for the Toronto Maple Leafs. When asked if the coach was contemplating any changes in the lineup, he shared, "I've liked the way our team's played. I really have. I don't think there's a whole lot to change."
