Boone Almanza, defended her, stating, “Sedona has not been charged with a crime or found guilty of any wrongdoing. She has been convicted on social media by people seeking to build their influence and settle personal grudges.”
Almanza added that if Prince made any mistakes, they were tied to her social media presence, particularly on TikTok, and that these were part of the learning process for a young adult.
As the WNBA preseason is set to begin on May 2, 2025, it remains uncertain if Prince will be given a chance by any of the league's teams. At this point, Prince is still hoping for an opportunity, despite the challenges she’s faced.
