3 Reasons why Sami Zayn should also join the OG Bloodline alongside Jey Uso

Send Push
Roman Reigns was helped massively by the return of brother Jimmy Uso , in his triumph at Bad Blood. Eventually, it became the decisive factor in Roman and Cody’s win over the Bloodline 2.0. But that was the only saving grace for Roman in the last month or so, as he has been beaten down and mocked by Solo Sikoa and his new recruits, on the following two episodes of SmackDown . With Jey Uso also dicey about rejoining his brothers, a forgotten member of the OG Bloodline, Sami Zayn would be the perfect candidate to help out Roman in his battle for the “Ula Fala”.

Three reasons why Sami Zayn should also join Roman and Jimmy in the OG Bloodline Reunion

The brilliant camaraderie between Uso’s, Roman and Sami
When Sami Zayn first joined the Bloodline in late 2022, he had brilliant chemistry with all the other members of the Bloodline. Be it Roman Reigns, Jay Uso or Jimmy Uso, he could entertain the audience and keep them captivated while partnering with any of these three. Even his conversations with Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa were entertaining, even though seldom. Also, Sami knows Roman and Jimmy inside out, making it easy for both of them to trust him blindly. These points make Sami the perfect foil for them in their clash against the Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline.

Sami has nothing in his plate currently
After losing to Gunther at a RAW episode, for the World Heavyweight Championship, Sami hasn’t been up to much, lately. Also his match with Gunther didn’t generate as much interest as their WrestleMania match did. Moreover, he is not necessarily in an interesting feud right now. Therefore, he could both be the perfect support for Roman and Jimmy and get the much needed limelight, he richly deserves. The same limelight, which he achieved after winning the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania, earlier this year.

Sami has a point to prove to the WWE Universe
First, Sami lost his Intercontinental Championship to Bron Breakker, at SummerSlam and then lost the opportunity to capture the World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther, on RAW. These two losses have jolted his confidence in a big way. He has been losing the precious momentum that he had built on, ever since defeating Gunther, for the Intercontinental Title at night one of Wrestlemania XL. Also, his character’s development has been stagnant to say the least and he needs to be sharp on the edges, to win the fans’ confidence back. Therefore, aligning with his former teammates, Roman and Jimmy would be the perfect opportunity for Sami to build the trust and reinstate his lost popularity among the WWE Universe.
