While the social media platform X serves as a platform for information news and opinion sharing, it also serves as a form of connection where people share humorous instances of their and have a laugh together. In a post going viral on the platform, something similar has been happening.

An X user who goes by the name @finaIspace shared a screenshot of her conversation with her uncle, which has amassed 3.4M views, 268K likes and 399 comments. Why so?

Well, in the conversation she asked "Uncle Wayne" if he knew how to do stocks. In turn, her uncle replied with a recipe for vegetable stock. He agreed and advised that stocks are rather unnecessary and she should buy a product called " better than bouillon ." He wrote, "You can mix a teaspoon of this with a cup of water and have the equivalent of a delicious stock that otherwise takes hours to make." He also detailed that the product came in various flavours such as chicken, beef, vegetable, lobster, garlic and more.

When the X user informed him that she "meant like investing in stocks" he replied with "LMFAO!!!! No"

Netizens react
The first one to comment on the post was the X user herself who clarified that the post wasn't a partnership. She wrote, "No this isn't an ad or partnership my uncle just swears by better than bouillon image at this point though…"

Others supported her uncle and appreciated that his first thought after reading the word stock was food. "so real of him to think of stock (food image) instead of stock (money image)," commented a user. "Now why would you ask him that question?! Because as a chef, I would’ve given you the same answer!" added another.

"With the next great depression coming his advice is going to be worth a lot more" added another user, referencing the President's reciprocal tariffs which are rumoured to bring back the economic depression in America. "Honestly this is the best advice you can get on stocks, both financial and culinary" wrote another.

One user in the comments section was actually surprised that the brand had that many flavours, writing, "Wait better than bullion has that many flavours??"
