BITSAT 2025 registration : The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has announced an extension in the registration deadline for the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) 2025. As per the updated schedule, eligible candidates can now submit their BITSAT 2025 application forms until April 24, 2025. The forms are available on the official website — bitsadmission.com.
Initially, the registration was set to close on April 18, 2025. The extension offers additional time for aspiring students seeking admission to integrated first-degree programmes in Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), and Master of Science (MSc) at the BITS campuses located in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad.
Exam to be held in two sessions
The BITSAT 2025 will be conducted in two separate sessions. Session 1 will be held from May 26 to May 30, 2025, while Session 2 is scheduled from June 22 to June 26, 2025. Candidates have the option to appear for either one or both sessions. The opportunity to edit or revise submitted application forms will be available from April 29 to May 1, 2025.
Following the registration process, test centre allotment results will be declared on May 13, 2025. Candidates can then reserve their preferred test date and time slot between May 13 and May 16, 2025. The hall tickets for Session 1, along with important examination day guidelines, will be available for download starting May 23, 2025, and remain accessible until the day of the exam.
Application fee details
The BITSAT 2025 application fee varies based on the applicant's gender, category, and exam location. For Indian and Nepalese candidates, the fee for only Session 1 is INR 3,500 for male applicants and INR 3,000 for both female and transgender applicants. Candidates opting for both Session 1 and Session 2 will pay INR 5,500 (male) or INR 4,500 (female and transgender). For candidates appearing at the Dubai center, the fee is INR 7,150 for one session and INR 9,150 for both sessions.

Documents and image specifications required
Applicants are required to upload scanned copies of their academic documents and images in specific formats. All candidates must upload their Class 10 mark sheet. Candidates who have already completed Class 12 should upload both Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, while those currently in Class 12 need to upload only the Class 10 mark sheet during registration.
Photograph files must be between 50 Kb and 100 Kb, and signature files should range from 1 Kb to 40 Kb. Both images must be uploaded in JPEG or JPG format.
