M1 traffic: Road closed after huge crash as vehicle overturned and person trapped

The incident occurred on the southbound between J5 Watford and J4 Edgware, Hertfordshire One witness at the scene posted on X: "Seen 8 ambulances, 6 cop cars & 5 fire engines pass on the hard shoulder and now a helicopter in the sky. Avoid using the M1 into London. Hope everyone is ok #M1 #M1motorway."
