Amazon Prime star has issued a huge update from his Diddly Squat Farm Shop after a worrying time. Taking to Instagram, the 65-year-old Clarkson's Farm star shared that he "couldn't believe it" as the British weather took a turn - potentially helping to save some of his crops.
Captioning his post, the former Top Gear host penned: "Breaking news. There has been rain." In a short clip, admiring his fields, Clarkson watched on as spatters of rain fell from the sky. "Holy s**t!," he exclaimed. "It's raining. I can't believe it. This is literally the best thing that's ever happened."
But then he had a sudden change of tune as he said: "Oh, f***ing hell. It's not heavy. Well, it's not tropical." And just a few moments later, Jeremy noted: "Oh man, it's stopped."
His update comes as the UK has been enjoying a heatwave. While Brits have been enjoying the hot weather, Jeremy's fields have been suffering. In a prior update he shared his crops looking a bit brown as he said: "I hope you're all enjoying this lovely sunny weather.
"But I've got to be honest, this field isn't." As the camera panned around at the blue skies and sad-looking field, Jeremy continued: "Jesus. Drier even than 1976."
Series four of Clarkson's Farm is set to hit screens in just two weeks - but it will see recruiting a very glamorous farmhand as an alternative to his trusty sidekick It comes as the helping hand was being whisked around Britain to do a nationwide tour, The World According to Kaleb.
As Kaleb enjoys the fruits of his newfound fame, Jeremy is left to admit that he'll have to take on a new apprentice - and it looks like disaster could strike as she admits she's never seen a single episode of Clarkson's Farm.
The glamorous 24-year-old, who can now be revealed as nurse Harriet Cowan, doesn't look like the average farm worker. However, the latest trailer for the show previewed that she wasn't afraid of getting hands-on with farm life as she tackled feeding the animals, installing new fences and even made an impressive attempt at welding.
