is a staple in British households, cherished for its delicious flavour and nutritious qualities. This can be prepared in a variety of ways, making it a favourite for all occasions - and it doesn't have to be boring.
However, there is one recipe that includes only three ingredients, which results in the "most tender" chicken breast. The recipe by can be prepared in just 30 minutes and with hardly any ingredients. The chef wrote: "This baked chicken breast is easy to make with just a few ingredients. I use this basic recipe when another recipe calls for cooked chicken. It works great for everything and is super customizable. Sometimes I use garlic salt or other seasonings, depending on what I'm using it for."
According to the cooking expert, one only needs melted butter, salt, and boneless chicken breast halves. The recipe has been hailed by the various chefs who tried this easy recipe and were left mesmerised by the taste.
One of the cooks who tried the recipe commented on the post: "I'm still surprised about this recipe, as I sit here eating leftovers. As a cook who believes the only path to tender, oven-baked chicken is to slather it in sauces or breading, I almost blew right past this recipe.
"But, desperate for simplicity, I chose this -- the most tender, melt-in-your-mouth chicken ever! Instead of salt, I sprinkled both sides of each buttered breast with McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning.
"My chicken breasts were quite large, so I baked these about 50 or 55 minutes in order to reach 165 degrees, and I basted them a few times with the juices while baking. I'm thinking this recipe will work quite well for my low-carb way of eating. Definitely our new favorite! Give it a try."
Another one commented: "I have chicken everyday. There are many ways to enjoy chicken; I have found, though, this recipe makes the juiciest and tenderest chicken. I don't use salt (personal preference) but instead use different spices."

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place some light butter a baking dish
