Ingredients for making gulgula

2 cups wheat flour

Half cup milk

Three teaspoons sugar

Half teaspoon cardamom powder

Half teaspoon fennel

Ghee or oil for frying

Method of making gulgula

Step 1- To make gulgula, mix wheat flour with sugar and milk well and prepare a batter.

Step 2- Make sure that the batter is neither too thin nor too thick.

Step 3- Mix cardamom powder and fennel well in the flour and sugar batter and keep it for 30 minutes.

Step 4- After half an hour, heat oil in a pan and drop the batter in it like pakodas

Step 5- Fry the round pakoda-shaped gulgula in hot oil.

Your tasty and soft gulgula is ready.
