â 1 medium-sized ripe Bel fruit
â 2 to 3 tablespoons jaggery or sugar (adjust to taste)
â 2½ to 3 cups chilled water

â ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder (optional)
â Ice cubes (optional)

How to Make Bel Juice:
Step 1: Crack and Scoop the Pulp
â Take a ripe Bel fruit and crack it open using a rolling pin or a heavy knife.
â Scoop out the soft pulp using a spoon into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: Soak the Pulp
â Add about 1 to 1½ cups of water to the pulp.

â Add more cold water to adjust consistency as desired.
