Bajaj Auto has revealed the new Bajaj Pulsar N125 bike in the Indian market. The N125 will be the smallest and most affordable new-age Pulsar and is expected to be priced within 1.1 to 1.2 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike is expected to be launched in the coming days and will be Bajaj’s fifth offering in the 125cc class after the Pulsar 125, Pulsar NS125, Freedom 125 and CT 125X. When launched, the new Pulsar 125 N will rival the TVS Raider and Hero Xtreme 125R .
In terms of design, the new Pulsar N125 features classic Pulsar styling while maintaining a distinct identity from other models. It includes a new LED headlight and significant plastic cladding at the front. The fork shrouds and the panel surrounding the headlight are designed with plastic to enhance its robust appearance. The plastic panel around the headlight will come in various colors, depending on the selected shade. The bike also features new graphics on the side panels and tail section.
The bike also features a new triangular LED headlamp, flanked by body panels on either side. Other highlights include a large sculpted fuel tank that extends toward the front fork, a split-seat setup, and alloy wheels resembling those from the discontinued Pulsar P150. At rear it has a single-piece grab rail at the rear, differing from other Pulsar models that feature split grab rails. The tail lamp aligns with the design of the other Pulsar models. Additionally, the motorcycle includes a digital instrument cluster similar to those found in the rest of the Pulsar N series.
The Pulsar N125 is anticipated to feature an upgraded version of the current 125 cc engine, offering improved refinement while maintaining a similar power output of around 12 bhp and 11 Nm. It will be paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The Pulsar N125 will be equipped with a telescopic fork at the front and a rear monoshock. It will have a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear for braking.
