has admitted that her caused her one major problem at a airport.
Chatting on the I'm ! No You're Not podcast, Katie jokingly exclaimed: "I don't even know what I Iook like," after host Dr Mine Conkbayir had said that the reality star didn't 'look like a Katie'.
The 46-year-old, who has now had a staggering six face lifts, saw her surgery cause some potentially serious security issues at a Turkish airport: "Even the passport machine doesn't recognise me at the minute. When I did my passport (renewed it), it was so many years ago, I've had about two facelifts since then, so I don't even look like it (her passport picture)."

As the former star opened up about her copious amounts of cosmetic surgery down the years, she said that she's got no intention of stopping any time soon: "I’m not content now, I’m having more surgery next week. My mum says I’ve got body dysmorphia.
"I don’t ever look in the mirror and think I look good. I never have done. So, there’s obviously an underlying issue."
Bizarrely, Katie's facelift related identity issues weren't the only problem she encountered after holidaying abroad this year, after she was arrested upon her return to Heathrow Airport after spending time away in Turkey with son Harvey and boyfriend JJ Slater.
The arrest came after the former glamour model had failed to appear at court over a £760,000 bankruptcy case.
